Please make sure all chapters start on the right side of the book, please do not start a new chapter on the left side of the book.I still need to go through the book and identify the pages with color photographs for colored pages. I didn&#x27;t realize I needed to specify the page numbers. I will submit to you ASAP. My father is also wanting to see proof, so I will take the document to Staples and print it out for him so he can look through it one final time. Right now we need to get a general quote. Also, I have about 10-15 people who want to order books, I would like a quote on the cost to make it available in your book store and what the pricing would be per book so that people can go to your website and order and you ship direct to them. Your web form to update quote will not let me type in the page numbers that need color. When I click in the field to type a yellow message displays advising about black and white photos scanned as a color image. I will get the color pages requirment updated to you ASAP. I do have black and white photos that were scanned on default settings of color so every photo in this book will be considered color based on this information. Unable to enter the page numbers on this form. When I try to type in the field the yellow message comes up with warning about color pages and scanning. How do you want me to provide the list of page numbers that are color?
