I am sorry I have not been able to get back to you since you submitted this preliminary quote. When you made it, i believe you did not have all the information and criteria I am interested in. The followng lists everything I am interested in even though I know you do not do several of them (i.e. stitched binding, dust jacket &amp; boxed set). I would like to speak to you regarding those items which you feel you may be able to do. Having said that, there are certain items which are absoutely essential (i.e size, must be at least 7&quot;x 10&quot;, hard cover, 2 volume &amp; color printing.) Thus far, I have a virtually camera-ready manuscript as a PDF. While I am perfectly willing to work with you as publisher, as I said, I do have an IDEAL criteria for publication. As an ideal, I would like a 2-volume, boxed set, color printing, stitched binding, hard cover with a dust jacket for each volume at a size of 7.5&quot; x 10&quot;. Each dust jacket is also in color and has a completed PDF ready form. Volume 1 has 478 pages with 368 illustrations and 30 maps most in color; Volume 2 has 279 pages, 102 illustrations and 10 maps, again, most in color. Each volume includes a 6 page Bibliography and 44 page Index. I would like an initial printing of 200 sets. As I indicated, these requirements are an &quot;ideal&quot; and not being able to do all of them would not necessarily disqualify any publisher. While I have published a number of articles for magazines &amp; newspapers, this is the first book I wish to publish. If this is something which fits your capability and you would be willing to help me, I would be very interested in speaking with you regarding your costs.Thank you,Mark Haselberger
