The children and grandchildren of Marlyn Howard (he would insist upon including his middle name whenever his name was mentioned) Wilt wanted to honor his memory by having his genealogy work consolidated into this ancestry book. 

Genealogy was one of Marlyn’s favorite hobbies, and he spent many years – no, make that decades –conducting the research required to take readers back - way back - in time. His research materials included everything from formal publications to scribbles on a cocktail napkin. The walls of his study were plastered with family trees that never ended. He even had a license plate that read FAMTREE. Any conversation with Marlyn about relatives would include him citing their birthdates, parentage, and yes, even their middle names. Those of you who knew him are now probably nodding your head in agreement.
